They sent a replacement for the guitar only & said to keep the damaged one. I found that very nice because they could have ask for it back & fixed the damaged area. I, of course don't know what is all involved or cost. I try to fix things that are damaged after researching how, if I don't know, which is my plan. Everything's GREAT! Great little beginner guitar
Got this for my fiance's daughter. I was actually quite surprised at the tone for such an inexpensive guitar. Love the fact that it came with a set of strings on it, as well as a second set. The little amp that came with it has surprisingly good sound at upper volume. Looking forward to teaching another generation of shredders.

You get what you pay for.
The guitar needs some work, horrible tuners, the volume pot needs to be reseated. The little single coil pickup does what it needs to. The saddle wasn't the best but as I said before, it does what it needs to. For a youngster, it's not too however. The paint job is decent, and it doesn't feel like it will break in my hands. All the accessories are fine, except the little amp is ungrounded somewhere inside; an easy fix. For parents and grandparents trying to test the waters to see if your child/grandchild wants to play its a pretty good jumping off point, if you know how to either upgrade or do some more detailed setup than you would for a guitar for yourself.
